Measures In Place: Covid-19

As the COVID-19 situation develops, we are introducing a brand new service to help our local customers and those most vulnerable. Now, when you order from us online or over the phone, we can provide FREE delivery for all customers within a 5 mile radius from our store.

Please note, however, we cannot offer a next day delivery service during this time. Therefore, we aim to get your orders to you within five working days.

You’ll be relieved to know, we are currently fully stocked of all your favourite cuts of our locally-sourced grass-fed meat, ensuring you can find everything you need to keep everyone fed with our wholesome highest-grade produce!

We are also offering the choice to add fresh seasonal vegetables to your order. The amount is enough to serve four people and will include potatoes amongst three other varieties of veg – for just £6 extra on top of your order! Simply add this option at checkout.

However, we do ask you, PLEASE be mindful of others and try to limit your orders to a maximum of £50-£60 spends.

Delivery address must be within a 5 mile radius of the shop to qualify, and delivery days may vary depending on the area but will be from Tuesday to Friday. We aim to confirm a delivery date within 24 hours of placing your order.

For those further afield than 5 miles, the finest cuts can still be delivered straight to your door from Wednesday to Sunday. Order as you normally would and let our team on the road bring the goods to you!

Covid-19 Update

In light of the Coronavirus outbreak, the health and safety of our staff and customers is our top priority. We want to reassure you that we’re following government guidelines and implementing our own measures to give you peace of mind.

According to WHO and the NHS, Covid-19 is not food-borne. It can only be transmitted through close contact with someone who is infected, and/or through infected surfaces. Handling food products daily, our staff members have always worked in a flawlessly hygienic manner, but as a result, will be going the extra mile to ensure the very highest standards of cleanliness.

We have no instances of the virus amongst our staff or in the immediate area, but should this change we will react accordingly and within government guidelines.

All of our orders are being dispatched as normal and our current delivery provider, TNT, is still running as usual. However, we do ask for your patience if, for some reason over the coming months, deliveries arrive late. Should this happen we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
